I made this displaying the road trip I took with my older brother Troy to get here to Albuquerque to attend UNM. We left at night from Gainesville, Florida and basically drove straight through to Austin, Texas before stopping to rest. We ate in Houston briefly before continuing on, and stopped other than that to fill up and gas and/or switch who was driving. It was quite the trek! I surely never want to drive through west Texas again! The blog posting does not quite do the photo justice as it appears much smaller than its actual size.
Drunk History put on by Will Ferrell’s Funny or Die YouTube sketch comedy teams is one of the funniest series I’ve ever watched. It’s both hilarious and strangely accurate. Sometimes the drunk’s that tell the history are way more accurate then anything you could find in a history book. This video featuring Nikolai Tesla (played by John C. Reiley) and Thomas Edison (played by Crispin Glover) is a good example of that.
Donald Glover a.k.a. Childish Gambino created Derrick Comedy back when he was studying film at NYU. It was one of the first sketch comedy shows to go up on YouTube and really set a precedent for the future use of YouTube. Plus it’s pretty hilarious. This video is just one of many.
Haven’t had the opportunity to buy GTA V yet, simply because I don’t want it to run my life while I’m busy with school. Holding off until winter break where I have a month to literally do nothing to buy it, but the GTA series has revolutionized what can be done in a video game and their latest installment looks to be the most involved yet, and the digital artistry and graphics in the game look out of this world. I can only imagine how much time and effort went into creating something so vast

Seth Macfarlane is an absolute genius, and Family Guy is one of my favorite shows. Amazingly FG has been on air almost 14 years now, and shows no sign of falling off anytime soon. It’s great to see something so racy and politically incorrect have such a large following. There are no boundaries in Family Guy, other than the nonsensically strict ones set forth by the FCC which they poke fun at on a regular basis, which is what makes it so amazing.
